From the moment that I walked through the front door i was greeted with nothing but respect and professionalism. A. Marilyn as well as her supervisor went above and beyond to make sure that I was taking care of in a timely manner. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. This place is terrible. If you need to come here make sure you make an appointment and not have it be a real emergency. Most of the staff was condescending except one guy named Leo. He was the only one who had good customer service. You will be waiting here 2-3 hours to be seen. I talked to a guy who is waiting there to get a drug test and he said he was there for over two hours. Do yourself a favor and go to baptist urgent care. It’s way better.

The service I received today was great like always. I have been going to this location for the last three years a the service is always great, the doctor and his staff are amazing keep up the excellent work you all do thanks

I was having some issues with one of my drug screenings at this location and the manager of the clinic Leonardo, turned my bad experience around within 5 minutes! He took care of the problem, solved it and got my results in less than an hour, the customer service I received from him was immaculate. I will be using this clinic for any other screenings moving forward thanks to Leonardo!

concentra urgent . 7800 now now 25 st.nnI went to the clinic and they said that the doctor is not here meanwhile 5-6 patients are waiting for the doctor and treatment.. I had an accident at work I don't pay anyone I don't have money for food And I should have gone to work tomorrow and I missed this paper that I was healed. all this was done because I arrived 15 minutes before closing. my english may not be perfect but i am not stupid. I see that patients go in and if there is no doctor then what do they have to pay for so there is a doctor inside but they didn't want to take care of me and my life depends on me going to work tomorrow because I don't have money to eat if there is no doctor, why does the office work ?! why do people pay this is my question
