Such a great experience put of the multiple stores I went in search for an engagement ring. The customer service experience with Yvonne was amazing. She made me feel right at home and discussed all my options within budget. Also, this was the first place that sprayed every wrong with sanitizer spray before handing it to me. Highly recommend this place!

Zales Jewelry Store at Dadeland Mall has the best qualified personnel staff available to make your shopping experience pleasant and hassle free. The Salesperson, Fina and the Store Manager Luis are very knowledgeable with all the variety of jewelry available. Fina's customer service skill is exemplary and she made my shopping experience very pleasant and hassle free.

Bad the worst service I went to change or repair my wife's ring, this has insurance and they told me that I had to make an appointment. I make the appointment and when I take it back they says that they are not giving that service after making me return to the store with an appointment, the the first time a man who identified himself as the manager appeared with the door closed and told me about the appointment and the second time a lady identified herself as the manager they are lying to the clients and still after three months they have not given me a response from any repair service or change a ring that is paid insurance, the worst experience I do not recommend this branch to anyone is horrible.
