The employees were terrible. Firsthand I noticed 2 employees looking my way and laughing at me. Then made an excuse that they could not take the return of my purchase even though I had the receipt and jewelry was intact. Went to dolphin mall and they had no problem there, service from this store was better there.

I bought 2 pairs of earrings here 3 months ago. The lady was nice and understood what i wanted. Today, 3 months later my pearl earrings broke. I was sitting down, not moving and the pearl just fell. It detached from the gold back part of the earring. I went back to the store at dadeland mall where i originally purchased these and respectfully asked for a new pair and a youngish man and youngish lady said no because i don't have the receipt and they tried my phone number in the “system” but of course it was not there because they didn't ask for it in the first place when i bought them....i had the box and even the price pad where the earrings came in.nVery sad they weren't able to fix faulty earring.

Best place in the mall to get pierced. Friendly helpful and knowledgeable team. Warranties on jewelry etc make the prices worth it
