I walked in to buy 3 purses and some jewelry however when i walked in i was dress as glamorous as the other people that was there and the lady that works there looked at me when i said high and walk away to help others that were just looking. TOUS JUST LOST A CUSTOMER. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO BACK TO THAT STORE OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM.

Customer service in this store in horrible. Bought an item over phone when I arrived at store was told I only had 14 days for refund and then when I agreed that I paid over phone I was told that because I got black Friday discount it was final sale.nI sent an email to headquarters in Spin the same night and have yet to heard from them. Dont wonder why your ratings are not good.
