This store has always great classy merchandise. They also have Plus size. Now having great summer sales. I've bought beautiful jewelry pieces that look real. Recommend their clothes.

Loft at Dadeland always have nice clothes.nDue to the COVID19 stores hours had changed.nNo fitting rooms open to try the clothes.All of this is understandable.nLast week I bought some clothes, today I went for an exchange.nI got there at 6:00 pm after my work hours and they were already closed because of their schedule, they close at 6:00 pm.. A young lady came to the door and I asked her let make the exchange, she refused. Also, another customer was inside.Due to this issue, I am considering whether I am still a customer of this store. Although, shopping is not a priority at this time, when we visit malls, pay parking, etc, we are contributing to keep the economy. As a customers, we deserve consideration and respect.

Friendly staff, but it did seem thay they were enforcing rules on people walking ud83dudeb7 around with masks as there were a couple of them that took off theirs masks and no one said anything
