Jo made my whole experience with my boyfriend and I one to remember. She listened to what we were liking and not liking and didn't push us into buying anything at all. She was able to give us great ideas and we were able to build my wedding ring better than I could have ever imagined! Jo knows what she is doing and made the trade-in process and the purchasing process stress free and easy. I recommended everyone to work with Jo if you want a friendly and knowledgeable person :)

If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Total bait and switch. Hubby bought me a ring here for Valentine's day but when opened it was cheap pair of earrings. We did get our money back but they were so rude about it!nWe will never chance it again here. How sad! Originally purchased my engagement and wedding ring here. Never found out what happened to my ring for Valentine's...

Wow, if you come into this store ask for Jo. I was not even shopping for a ring and went inside to look with my soon to be mother in law, and my gf. Jo never pushed any products and all she did was listen to what we had to say and made recomendations based on what she heard us saw we liked. She then told us about the discounts a promotions based on certain diamond sizes and cuts. She then told us about all the different ways we could customize the rings and make it pop. She then checked available rings in gold bands online and found us everything we wanted. She then made the trade in process lightning fast and smooth. I walked out spending 3500 and I did not have a single thought of regret or sadness. Wow what and experience with her. She is the only reason I walked away with a purchase because she never pushed and listened to help us pick out the perfect ring.

Won't shop there they are non essential. I told the girl friend. So we won't go there again. Appointment only, that's a joke. So now all birthday presents purchased at sportsman warehouse. Oh don't forget curbside only.
