So helpful when my husband bought me a diamond to be set in my wedding band. They were very helpful with all of our questions.

Ring and earrings cleaned, but not inspected. When I asked about why not checked the woman said she knew what she was doing been doing it 18 years... but she didn't inspect anything... I watched for it. Even when I tried to ask her do do so. Very frustrating! Won't go back to Kennewick FM Jewelry!

Best place to buy jewelry! I've gone to a number of jewelry shops and honestly they all sell the same stuff, but Fred Meyers hires fantastic designers that always have unique designs that aren't like every where else. They have great sales every few months too so get on their email list and ask the sales staff for more info. They have diamond parties too where you pick the stone and setting (or I think can even bring in your own) and they will make a custome piece for you. Lifetime care plans mean you never have to worry about your purchase and it can always get cleaned and spiffed up to look brand spanking new, they'll even polish it for you while you shop!

I went there to get my necklace fixed and Cathy helped out. I was blown away by her service and her devotion to helping her customers. I also went there to get my earings cleaned and she noticed they didnt look like how they were supposed to and sent them out to get them fixed aswell. I wouldn't have known that my earings were like that if it wasnt for Cathy. If you go there ask for her and I know she will treat you the same!! Thank you !
