Great customer service! The old fashioned kind that we don’t see enough of these days. This company is so easy to work with and Cindy went above and beyond to find us a more affordable and reliable car insurance plan, not only did she go above and beyond, but was very fast with getting back to me and so personable! She was a joy to work with.nnWe were with White’s Insurance for years and when Helene sold the business, I trusted her judgement and followed her to Basin Pacific. Sadly Helene (Helen to her long time friends) has passed away and we miss her friendship very much. She did leave us in great hands though.
