It’s tight. It’s cramped. It’s packed. And it’s the best pharmacy. This must have been what it was like before corporate pharmacies. The pharmacist is thorough. Engaging. And is absolutely sure you understand your meds before you leave.

I’ve been going there for years and I drive all the way from Cape Coral just because it’s worth it. Everyone there knows you by name, is more than happy to take the time to answer any questions and they know what they’re talking about. I’d rather drive for hours to use this pharmacy than to walk across the street to use a CVS or a Walgreens. Nothing will EVER take my business from Reggie or Island Pharmacy. All of the employees treat you like family and I ADORE each and every one of them! Plus what a great excuse to spend some time at the beach!

MOST EXPENSIVE PHARMACY EVER!!! Dirty small store. Bad selection of the very few dusty items the did have. rude owner. CVS across the street. Horrible experience. Go off island if you have to. I was in line they serviced people that they knew who walked in after me. Terrible operation in ever possible way! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Best owner , best peoples works and all of then know the customer service.nEspecially the owner of the Pharmacy is an angle Mr.Reggie he does a lot for the community , My personal experience is this is the best place for your medicine which cure you half way before you have your medicine .
