I could not be more unhappy with my purchase or experience with Garrisons. The dishwasher doesn't work but after having them come out to look at it I've been argued with that I simply don't know how to use a dishwasher. The installation was a horrible experience but I was willing to overlook that due to the weird times we're living in. The repairman arguing with me and telling me how to use a dishwasher, tho, is simply beyond the pale.nnI would recommend going literally anywhere else to purchase your appliances. Supporting local business is important to me but I will stick with the big names for major appliances in the future.

Easy transaction. Nice sales person. Went easy and fast and had what we wanted in stock and drove home with it. A++ 7.0 Cu Ft Chest Freezer..

Harry Garrison is simply a class act guy whose spirit of constant service to others and our community is truly an inspiration, which is reflected in the way he runs his business and the quality staff he relies on to take care of his customers. Chris was able to repair our 13 year old freezer for an extremely reasonable price and even helped me load it into my vehicle. The quality of their service during this COVID-19 pandemic really means a lot. We will continue supporting Garrison's for all of our appliance needs.
