Coastal Pediatric Therapy Center

My son has been doing OT for about six months virtually and he has grown and improved so much. His therapist is very kind, engaging and encouraging. He enjoys the sessions even though he has to work on things that are harder for him. It is super easy to connect to and use their virtual platform. All of the office staff are very nice and competent as well. I can tell that everyone really cares about my son and our family and they want to make everything work for us. They also send neat monthly newsletters with fun activities to do. We are very happy and highly recommend Costal Therapy.

Our family has now had 2 kids with Coastal and we could not be happier with them. Our two sons have very different needs, one high needs and the other only minor delays. Coastal has been fantastic about pairing each kid with the right therapist for their needs. My oldest attended ST for only minor delays in expressive language for just a short time. His therapist was awesome and engaging. My son was always excited to go, very quickly improved and no longer needs speech. However, we currently have our youngest son at Coastal for PT, OT, and ST and his delays are far more extensive than our older child. The younger one has ASD and at 4 is still mostly non-verbal. His therapist are so informed, have come up with great strategies for my son, and they work together to address all his needs. For example, he is very sound sensitive and his Physical Therapist has been introducing a program that blends body movement and sounds to address both his physical delays as well as work on how my son handles different sounds. His speech therapist is amazing. Has a wealth of knowledge and has diligently been working towards getting our son to communicate using a tablet device. Also Coastal and the speech therapist have been handling all the insurance issues to get my son his own device. His OT is awesome too, collaborates with ABA (offered through a different provider) often and we have been seeing lots of improvements in his OT areas. Additionally the administrative staff has great communication and very responsive. We are glad to have found Coastal and the great group of therapists working there!

I can't say enough nice things about Coastal Pediatric Therapy Center! Both of my children have been receiving therapy (SLP & OT) through Coastal for many years now and it's truly been a blessing. Staff wholeheartedly care about the kids and are amazing at communicating with parents, involving you in the process, and adjusting to each child's needs. Both my daughter and my son adore their therapists (Mrs. Kellie & Ms.Tara) and look forward to seeing them every week. Therapists at Coastal are attentive, passionate, supportive, encouraging, fun and extremely knowledgeable. My kids have been making steady progress and I love seeing their confidence grow. Front office staff are the sweetest & always so helpful! Thank you, Coastal, for making such a difference in the lives of my children and our family.

We love Coastal Pediatric Therapy so much! My daughter has been doing speech therapy here for 2 years and we just added OT last month and both have been so great for her! The staff is so kind and patient and my daughter soaks it all up because they make it so fun! They engage the kids so well and have so many creative activities to keep it interesting. I also love the stories they share and helpful tips for parents on the social media posts.

Our daughter has had a great experience so far. She’s 4 and they have made speech therapy fun with games while learning her sounds. She also was fortunate enough to have therapy by Coastal at her school which is super convenient for working parents! We are happy with her progress so far and are currently doing virtual visits with her same therapist to keep up her learning following a recent move.
