Probably the worst publix pharmacy and pharmacy. They have no idea how to handle situations and are anything but helpful. Lack of experience and customer service. I would go to anywhere besides this pharmacy.

Love this pharmacy, get my flu shots, prescriptions refilled, and advice on how to administer it as well. And it's close!

I just transferred all my prescriptions from Walgreen's which I had been using for years, to the Publix pharmacy on Marsh Landing Parkway, because the customer service at Walgreen's was terrible. I have to say that now that I have had several prescriptions filled at this Publix, I am so impressed by all the staff going out of their way to be helpful and save me money on the copays. They even take the time to find copay assistance programs without my requesting it. I have never seen such kind and helpful people. They are always pleasant and never make you feel rushed. I highly recommend this pharmacy!!

5-star friendly customer service, minimal wait and efficient transfer of my Rx from nearby Walgreens.nBut when I rang out to pay, the exact prescription was $9 more than I paid just 3months ago at Walgreens.nPublix was definitely more expensive!n(No change in insurance, generic brand)

Not sure how the '20 min wait' was established. I was there a few weeks ago on a Sunday evening, and even though I arrived at their counter first, and was asked to wait 15 mins for my order, I wound up waiting 50 mins! And, I sat there watching as 3 other clients who arrived after me were given their flu shots and another elderly man was served. I was last to leave before they shut. I found that a rather prejudicial and inconsiderate waste of my time. If they advise you of a wait period, they owe you the courtesy of meeting that timeline or at very least, apologizing and giving you a reason as to why you are getting bypassed by every other client in the queue. Started using the CVS pharmacy at Target right next door. Better staffed, courteous and prompt service.
