Full Disclosure. This review is written by my wife who had a full rotator cuff tear and anchors in her bones..... I've had physical therapy before and hated it. They give you some stretch bands, weights, etc. and send you on your way while they spent the entire hour talking to each other. I have resisted any suggestions of physical therapy in the past because of what Baptist Health did to me when I needed help that physical therapy could have helped me with. Meeting Justin and Ashlee and Alex from Preferred Physical Therapy was nothing I expected. Did they hurt me at times? Absolutely. Do they push you? Not really hard but they guide you and ultimately your recovery is up to you. Just do the work they suggest! Did they give me back the use of my arm few people (including my doctors) thought the progress I made was impossible? Oh yeah they did! If you truly want to get better and you are willing to work at it, then Preferred Physical Therapy is the ONLY place you want to go to.

I love everything about this place! The physical therapist and their assistants are so nice, they are not out to try to get you for tons of money by scheduling you for four to five days a week of physical therapy like some places do, they’re flexible with their schedule. I could go on and on about all the great things about this place! I would definitely recommend!

I used preferred physical therapy for 10 weeks following shoulder surgery. These guys were amazing. They worked around my ever changing schedule to get me in when I could make it there twice a week. They work with you every step of the way (not just your first and last apt like some places). I had an amazing experience with their team and would highly recommend.
