Wonderful service. They helped me in appraising a decade-old collection of gold coins and allowed me to trade it in for an engagement ring at discount along with payment for the difference in value. I had previously done some back-of-the-envelope calculations on what my collection could be worth and approached two other jewelry stores. Only Espling offered a price near my estimation. Trustworthy, knowledgeable, and friendly.

Patti was wonderful and helpful even though I kept changing my mind. She was very patient showing me many items until I finally settled on one..She is very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend her if you are looking for fine jewelry or a watch.

Horrible experience!nI would have given no stars if possible. My husband and I were made to feel very uncomfortable as the lady behind the counter assumed we could not afford a high priced ring and indicated we should look at less expensive rings as they would be more economical and We had not stated our budget at this point!!! All I can say is if your a racial minority you may want to think twice about going here. I could have bought a ring today that would have possibly given her a larger commission than she has made all year, but ignorance is bliss!
