No one ever picks up the phone or have the rx ready when they tell you. I always have to call and follow up on the status. This never happened at my other Publix. It's been a mission ever since I switched. This Publix as a whole is really inferior to the rest in the area, especially Bartram. Items are always missing, selections are way smaller, meat dept doesnt have the same machines to cut, etc.

Three times the price of my blood pressure medicine and three times the price of my insomnia medicine compared to Walgreens. Geez . That's a huge difference in my book
