I was uncomfortable with how the doctor discussed my condition with the door open and then asked me to step back into an occupied waiting room while they decided how to handle the reason for my visit. Sitting and waiting in a room with people who’d just heard my entire visit was awful. I’m not angry about it, but I won’t be back because it was a hurtful experience, I sat and waited and felt like crying. I can’t recommend this place as somewhere to come for the treatment of anxiety. It took me a long time to get up the courage to see a doctor about my issues and my visit was not a good one.

After my first time visit to Dr.Bernard, I wasn't informed that all prescriptions that are prescribed to patients are automatically sent next door to this pharmacy. I have health insurance and since no one asked me did I have any when I went for pick up, I assumed the information was transferred from the doctor's office. I didn't realize until I logged onto my health provider website that no claim was processing meaning I paid for the entire amount out of pocket. When I confronted the pharmacy about this they told me they didn't accept my insurance. Luckily, the medicine wasn't too expensive but I would hate for this situation to occur to someone that can't afford it. This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I believe that a discussion like this should be taken place prior to. Check before you pick up any medicine that they will accept your insurance because they will gladly let you pay for the whole amount with no problem.

The staff is friendly and the drs are great but their pharmacy is way over priced and they take for ever even with an appointment.

Having moved several times in my life I've been to many practices. Pointe Med is a great practice! Yes, they are usually always busy but that's b/c Dr. Bernard is a great doctor and highly sought after. Just today they worked to get me in to be seen. I'm so thankful for a place that does care about my physical well being.

My first time there the staff was professional. Wait time to see DR. Bernard was quick he was professional and seemed to care . I went next door and my meds were ready pretty quick. I definitely recommend this business.
