Worst customer service and quality earings!!! I will never return to Claire's! Paid over 40$ to have my daughter's ears pierced with specialty earings(elsa) for her 6th birthday on July 23rd. By the 30th the earing came apart! And today the other. Earing fell apart too! My daughter is left with only the posts! No apology, no resolution or even an attept. Horrible quality products and even worst customer service!!

Ethan is amazing! He and Brittany make an amazing team!!!! I LOVE seeing them there. They have such awesome positive attitudes and Ethan rocked the fairy pride wings! Definitely coming back over many years.
