Hello, allow me to begin by saying George and Jasmine are great! Unfortunately, You all have been holding my ring in Orange Park and have yet to open after the pandemic. While I am concerned for your staffs health and well being, I would like to know the status of my “paid for” ring. I have been preparing to propose, including scheduling engagement photos but I don’t have the RING!nI have been on hold for over 2 hours earlier today and tried again later this evening with no luck of speaking to anyone! At this point the questions are;nWhen will I receive my ring or should I be concerned!nFeel free to send it to another location in Jacksonville,FL that is open and I will gladly pick it up!nnI hope to speak to someone soon!
