I have had a couple bad experiences with some offices but never something like this!! This office demonstrated zero professionalism throughout my visit. The front desk person angie has the worst attitude anyone can deal with as a patient in an OB/GYN office. That type of disrespect should not be tolerated whatsoever. Is yelling & being rude at towards patients something that is done so often in that office that it’s acceptable? How are you going to have a receptionist working there to yell at you and and throw a fit when patients need extra help with paperwork. This is not the first time i hear about her ugly attitude and other bad experiences with this office but none that I can read on reviews which is why I decided to go here in the first place. I’ve had other friends who go there experience it as well. Worst receptionist ever. Worst OB/gyn office ever.

I cannot say enough great things about the clinic, the staff, and Dr. Ponder himself. Their practices are professional, clean, and friendly. During Covid and my pregnancy I’ve felt safe and cared for. It’s a breath of fresh air for my dr to sit with me and listen as well as advise me in my treatment for as long as needed. I transferred here during my pregnancy from another clinic who were lackadaisical, unfriendly, and the dr only spoke a few words to me and never remembered me. When it comes to your healthcare it’s the small things like communication and respect that matter. Highly recommend!

This place is honestly the best. The front office girl, nurse, student doctor, and doctor were absolutely amazing. They were all so nice and made me feel so comfortable. I 100% recommend.

My boss from work actually told me about how much she loved dr ponder after hearing so much negative things about the obgyn i had his bed side manner was horrible and I felt like a bother to him but the first time I seen dr ponder like my boss I am sooo glad I switched to him his bed side manner is amazing! he takes the time to listen and get to know you with no judgment, he's honest and goes over every possible treatment to help you feel better so glad he is my dr now thank you dr ponder ud83dude0a

We all have our experiences, I am looking for a new doctor since my wonderful practitioner is moving out of the area. I was not impressed with the bed side manner here at all, and never received a call for my procedure I was recommended. Not to mention you can hear them through the door while discussing your situation. That being said not every doctor is for you, and you aren’t for every doctor, and that’s okay.
