Hands down best Ollie's Bargain Outlet in town!! I have had a busy day with work with not enough time to shop. 15 minutes before closing they were still very helpful in helping me purchase a rug. This was no ordinary rug.. There were about 50 different rugs on top of the particular rug that I wanted. These rugs were 7 ft by 10 ft, HEAVY, easily weighing over 500 lbs!! Nevertheless, employees Jimmy and William made it happen and got me the rug. They are truly the definition of exceptional customer service. Ollie's Bargain Outlet is truly lucky to have these hard-working employees. Kudos to the manager for employing them. It's people like this that that define the greatness of this country. It's people like this that deserve a raise without having to wait for months. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. God bless!

Purchased several gardening tools @ $2.49 each. Always check here first for paint supplies, tools, car necessities. They have a good selection at great prices. Check-out times are the only hindrance.

Always great deals but so-so customer interaction at this location. Made the mistake of leaving a semi-heavy planter I planned on getting on the ground while browsing literally a shelf distance away. Guy appeared less than chuffed to see it there and placed it back on the shelf. Then commented when I said I was going to buy it, “You do you.” K bro, I was doing me and would’ve instantly moved it out of the way had I seen anyone coming my way, where it would have been obstructing their path much like I did earlier when another soul was passing by with his pallet of mattresses. After that snarky remark, he came back and asked if I needed any help with other planters. Why bother? Sales lady who checked my planters was really nice and a better experience to her male counterpart.

I have been wanting to leave a 5 star review, but honestly the almost 2k reviews here already say it all.nnWith that said, been shopping here since the store opened and just had my first experience needing to do an exchange.nnI bought one of my son's a Sharper Image brand drone for $16. He loved it and it worked well.nnFor that price went back and bought my other son the same one. However, one of the propellers on that one didn't turn correctly.nnWe went back for an exchange and it took longer to wait in line, then to handle the exchange.nnExtremely easy process, thank you for the great service!
