Benton County Superior Court

The first people you see walking in is the X-ray techs or officers. They are extremely unfriendly and barely look up at you! Last time I was there the guy was talking to some lady and never once said anything to me! Professionalism is key and I hope they get better training or some happier and friendly people there!nBut Five plus stars to the younger man in ticket Dept! He was great and friendly and just a joy!

The girl at the clerks office is very rude and isn't no help. They really don't care about nothing but taking money from you.

Very unhelpful, nasty attitudes of every person that work there, so sad to see this people that are being paid with my taxes are so unprofesional, praying for them so they can put their hands on their shoulders.

long time standing in line, 30 min or so but once I got to the window they were able to get what I needed done

From walking in through the medal detector to the clerks, is a terrible experience. The clerks are unhelpful and very rude.
