Do not use Greyhound if you want to get to your destination fast. I spent 2 hours waiting for a bus for a trip from Miami to Tampa. Then I made a stop in Orlando and had to continue on another bus. Upon arrival in Orlando there was no driver for this trip either. I was waiting 1 hour more than a total of 3 hours ago for my trip. Pesimo customer service, employees had no answers for travelers. I do not recommend this bus service at all. I would give them less stars if Google Maps allowed me to
