Incompetence is an appropriate word.nThey have logistics issues continuously. Can't keep things in stock and have issues with ordering items. There is a better Walgreens down the street. Only trust these guys with common stuff because they can't be trusted with a prescription.

Terrible followup on their own mistakes. Refused to look up a double charge and put me on hold to not solve the issue. Then tried to make me take the receipt to the store to find their mistake when all they need on a prescription purchase is a date, and a name. Terrible store, terrible service, terrible attitude.
