Our family visited this Arby's on Saturday and not only was the food (we all tried the Greek Gyros) excellent but the service was superb! The dining room was spotless. We ate inside and had a great time. The manager, April, checked in now and then, she was welcoming, accommodating and friendly. There was a younger blond girl at register who was attentive and helpful. Because of Covid-19 restrictions we hesitated eating out as a family... but this Arby's was EXCELLENT in every way. Clean, accommodating, great food, soda refills (free, with a new cup), sparkling bathrooms, spick-and-span tables and booths... EAT HERE... you will be delighted!

This review is for the drive thru only. The food was warm and packed in the bag well. The curly fries were crispy. The order I received was exactly what I ordered. Time going thru the drive thru was minimal, with quick service. Customer service was very good, and when I added a side item at the window the cashier didn't act like I had inconvenienced him. Overall very good and fairly quick service. The reason I did not leave a 5 star review is because I feel 5 stars has to be exceptional. The restaurant has to earn it by going the extra mile, by making me feel that my business is not only welcome but that they want me to come back. There was nothing wrong with the service here, it was fine, but not exceptional. The food was good, but not mouth watering. While I will return to this restaurant next time I'm in the mood for Arby's, there was nothing about it that made it stand out.

I love Arby's for the sandwiches and mozzarella sticks, it is difficult though as I recently went gluten free and can't easily have either. I am happy for the shakes there that I can have anyway too. I am happy that Arby's has come to be a family favorite place for my family and we are able to enjoy the food that we find there. Thanks Arby's!

Staff was rude. sandwich was not great. Would not recommend. Philly cheese steak sandwiches should not have sweet roasted red peppers on them.

This place is extremely slow and about half of the employees are really really rude. There are a couple of nice ones that deserve a raise. Would recommend better staff or training on having a better attitude towards the customer.
