I wish I could give it a zero.. ordered 18 boxes for work. Putin the order at 9am and had it scheduled for 11:30. I get there at that time and the lady said it will be 45 mins. Waited for over an hour go to ask if my order is done, and gave us attitude about our order. Will not be coming back to this location.
Placed an online order and used a 5 dollar reward. Went to the drive through and found that they were closed. This place has irregular hours. Don't trust what the hours are online. We also lost our 5 dollar reward.
I didn’t order from this location, but a different one. This review is for Janessa (sorry if I spelt it wrong). She was the manager on staff tonight when I called to see if her location could help out with the issue I was having at the other location. She was very professional with her answer and even reached out to her manager while I was on the phone. Unfortunately they couldn’t help my issue, but the way she handled herself and me as the customer exceeded my expectations. If I were still a manager at quick serve restaurant I would definitely try to get her on my team. Thank you for your kindness and time.
Need to allow more than one order at the drive through if you are going to close the dining room. It makes no sense that everyone needs to bring there own vehicle or we have to drive around and order again. Also it makes no difference to the employees whether do multiple orders in one vehicle or multiple orders in more than one vehicle. They will still have the same number of orders.
Decent food. Always out of something. Staff is just blah all the time. Staff used to be super friendly.
