I’ve been here before, and it’s usually great. During Covid, I walked in and found none of the employees wearing face masks. If I’m getting food hand-made by someone during a pandemic, I want them taking precautions to keep me safe. My wife and I went down the road to the 26th South location near Woods Cross, and those employees were masked and gave us great service.
Hours say they close at 8, but I wouldn't order anything after 7. It's a busy location and they unfortunately run out of some ingredients. I was very impressed when the worker today worked out a fair solution when they ran out of meatballs.
Staff are super knowledgeable and fun. They do a very thorough job of sanitizing.
Anthony is the biggest baller! He was so efficient and had great attention to detail. My day went from a 1 to 92. He made the best conversation and was able to joke with us. Best wishes to Anthony and the subway crew!!
I went to order online at quarter after 7:00pm, (says they close at 8:00pm). I took the time to fill out our order for myself, my wife and our 4 kids. The page said we could pick up our orders at 7:45pm.
I put in our credit card info, and then the site wouldn't let me submit. I checked and triple checked all our info, and clicked around the page a bunch.
Finally I hit the refresh button and a notice appeared saying they stopped accepting online orders for the day. That would've been nice to know before I spent nearly half an hour jumping through all the hoops.
If you're going to stop accepting orders for the day then it might be a good idea to disable it from the start rather than when someone has finished their order, filled out all the payment info, and then tried to submit it, but can't.
