I'm excited for this to be done! Residential communities are already being built and residents are moving in. Interchange is done and the building construction has started for Emerald lakes!

This thing is definitely a scam, total pipe dream. An interchange that was never funded properly, a developer that is pimping swampland with no services in the area. Palm Bay can't even afford the road from the interchange and it is 7 months overdue. The Developer has filed for wetland destruction with ACOE (a good start) and there is no practical option for funding for the Parkway that would cost a fortune. Anyone that invests here is a fool.

Too many mosquitoes and not very good parking. Also the road leads to no where.
