Nearly abandoned. Much like Dixon Plaza, this property has under 50% occupancy. Walgreens is the big draw, followed by the Redbox outside, and trailed by the rest of the complex.nnWe can hope for revitalization because it's a reasonably good location, but I'm not holding my breath.

Very rundown now but new owner and tenants moving in, getting ready to make a comeback.

I love the hospice thrift shop. Sweet little Treasures and They have the best prices on clothing, Books cd's and DVD's.

I worked for Brevard Hospice for over a Decade in the 80's & 90's and actually modeled clothing at fundraisers. This store is smaller than the original site that off Barton Blvd closer to US1 South but very quaint and lovely staff.
