I have had all my prescriptions filled here since they opened. They are always on time with prescription promises or early. The people are professional and polite and actually remember my name. You can also set up text messages to alert you to status and it works great. I would give them 6 stars if I could.

Had to get an RX filled quickly for a procedure I was having done same day. The staff was very understanding and filled my RX quickly.

They have great pharmacists and employees. The only comment I have is about how they sometimes give you generic medicines (instead of the brand you were prescribed). This wouldn't be a problem under normal circumstances. However, I happened to be allergic to an ingredient in the generic, so I informed them that I cannot have the generic anymore. The next month, I got the generic. I was it of medication for a week, and if it were a more serious necessity for take this certain medication, it would be a much more serious problem. Then the following month, they didn't have it available so I had to wait a couple days. Then, the next month they said they weren't getting that medication anymore, ever, and that it's either the generic or I have to talk to my doctor. Such a pain. Other than that one main medication, everything has been perfect with this pharmacy, and they've been very accommodating. I'm not upset with them, just upset with the situation looking back on it. But I do realize there could have been extenuating circumstances.

Not sure what the Pharmacy Techs name is because she had no name tag but I was told to come back in 30 mins came back in an hour and they made me wait an additional 30 minutes in the drive through with no apologies just smug attitudes ... not sure they are aware they should have customer service skills .
