My wife had a set of Opals that she wanted set in hanging ear rings. Took to Jeweler in our community who was a local and we bought from in the past . Year later gives opals back to wife and said he could not find a setting for them. Wife was furious. Took them to Gold mine and in two weeks they were set and once I gave them to wife she was over joyed and loved them. Great service and real nice people to deal with!

I bought a gold chain about a week ago and I went to go return it. A man with colored hair and glasses was helping me and he said he couldn’t give me a refund, he can only do a store credit or an exchange. On top of that he told me that I can either wait till christmas to buy something with my store credit or I can get something for myself. I don’t need any of that, I just want my money back. I don’t want another piece of jewelry I’m not going to use. Also here’s a tip, maybe you should include that information on the receipt or tell buyers about returns and exchanges before the purchase is complete. Which I was NOT informed on when making my perchase. Used to like going here, but now I change my mind and I’m not coming again.
This Pawn shop is a SCAM! I bought a necklace from them and it popped within a few days. I asked for a refund or an exchange and they wouldn’t do either . Never coming back
