I have been a customer for years. Today your pharmacist was so rude I was shocked. The er faxed over scripts last night before closing time, so around 945 this morning I went to pick them up. Instead of sorry they're not ready it was just a snippy I just got these and they won't be ready till 1130. So I went home, at 1030 I got a text saying they were ready. I drove all the way back to hear they're not ready. Why? Why would you do this to people? I'm standing there with my hospital bracelet still on almost in tears because of this ridiculous, rude, callous woman. All I wanted was my order so I could go home, take my meds and go to bed. Might I suggest some charm school classes? She could definitely use them.

After the hurricane, I couldn't use the Tyndall pharmacy. I took my refills here and they had them the next day after verifying with Tricare. They have suffered a lot but they are cheerful, punctual and making it come together.

rude staff.. who barely acknowledged my presence on arrival..no eye contact. finally came to the counter and couldn't seem to find my prescription despite being called in 2 days prior. name misspelled. All staff seemed very unhappy to be there...will not be back again.
