I came in to have my army challenge coin engraved with my name and unit, They treated me like I was buying something really nice for my wife , they were so professional and at the same time like we knew each other for some time. Creative Gems provided an exceptional experience in finding the perfect engagement ring. They were able to incorporate a family heirloom into the piece making it that much more special. Nick and his staff were very personable and made you feel like family. We will definitely be back in the future!
I walked in to get my anklet repaired and they are having fantastic sales going on for their 14 year anniversary all thru the month of October. After she got my anklet and info she asked if she could clean the rings on my finger for free, so I said yes of course and she did at no charge...very very sweet ladies...look at the great job she did cleaning them for free. I Will be picking my fixed anklet up in a few days.

My ring with several diamonds had one stone missing so I took it to Creative Gems and Kim was very helpful in getting the order placed for the repair. Today I received the ring and am thoroughly happy with the work. I also brought in some old gold to help offset the cost of the repair work and again Kim took great care with getting the gold priced. I had some items that were not gold and she let me know which ones they are.nnMy experience certainly met my expectations and am happy to return fir other repair work and maybe even a purchase!nnThank you Creative Gems for being here in Panama City!!
