After having a horrible experience and having my taxes completely ruined I went to Walmart and seen a very nice and professional tax preparer named Shannon Miller. She was amazing. She goes above and beyond for you and make sure you feel comfortable and explains everything in detail so you know what she is doing to file and making sure everything is accurate before submitting. This is going to be a long road to fix the mistakes the first tax prep did -D-Andrea Hill. But I am confident it will get done and fixed with the help of Shannon Miller. Thank you for being patient with me. And understanding my frustrations.
