Went in with my 13y/o daughter for birthday pedicures yesterday. The service was fine, a bit rushed and was never was asked which pedicure package we wanted, but fine. They cut the nails way down to my toes without even asking and my left toe is sore this morning. Additionally while I was there she asked if I wanted my eye browns done- yes they needed it but I've been looking for someone who doesn't use the wax and strips just the hot max then removes so I asked her just that. She said no just wax no cloth strips they hurt and we had a conversation about it. I go to get waxed and it wasn't until she applied the first cloth hair/wax removal strip that i realized i had just been lied to! So $70 later plus tip we left. This morning well this is what my face looks like!! THIS is why I asked what wax process they use!! Im 42 years old!
Awful. All I had them do was take off my full set acrylics that are weeks old. Boy did that HURT. I’ve had this done many times elsewhere and I’ve never felt pain like that. They also didn’t even offer to do a clear coat and didn’t even use lotion at the end. Don’t go here.

Love love love them!! Amazing job on a repair fill from a different salon. They turned out 100% better than expected and look and feel natural. Great environment, friendly and welcoming staff. Will definitely be stopping by again soon.
