Chrystal is a very friendly sweet and extremely helpful associate. She always has a smile on her face. This whole group of pharmacists and associates at this store are outstanding.
If I could have remembered the pharmacist name that refused to fill my medicine after she SAID she spoke with my doctor and decided to use her judgment of knowing me for five minutes that she will not fill it. My doctor of twenty years knows what she is doing.i went to a new pharmacy and never had another issue I think she truly enjoys being hateful and mean.
Very helpful in working with family members traveling to this area and in need of prescriptions.
*LONG READ*nnPulled up to the drive thru to get my sons ointment and before even hitting the call button, someone shows up on the screen I don’t hear but a few words and then it goes out. Naturally I call back thinking I’m ready to be helped and no one answers so now I’m thinking “oh darn” I broke it let me try one more time maybe I messed it up. Keep in mind the only reason I hit the call button again was because I thought they were ready to help me considering as soon as I pulled up before I hit any button they showed up on the screen. So when I called back the last time, the pharmacists answered clearly annoyed that I hit the button so many times and says to me “we. Will. Be. With. You. In. Just. A. Minute.” *in a VERY rude manner*. Ive already been having a long day as well so at this point I lose my absolute sh**. I’ve dealt with rude employees at this pharmacy almost every single time I’ve filled here. It’s not once or twice but almost every time I come here. I understand they get busy and stressed and that is fine however you do not lose your cool on a customer no matter what! So I storm into Walmart and speak to a manager, tell her what happened just today and mentioned I wouldn’t be making such a big deal if It was a one time thing as I understand everyone has bad days - were human. Manager totally understands where I’m coming from and walks over to the pharmacy so I follow because I still need my prescription and it’s already too late to go elsewhere. Upon getting to the pharmacy I get in line and the manager is waiting at the counter where one of the employees who is the usually the one that is rather rude to me all the time says “you got a question honey?” And the manager responds “actually I have a complaint” THIS IS WHERE I GET ABSOLUTELY FED UP. The Pharmacist starts rolling her eyes and shaking her head and says “it’s probably from drive thru” and the manager agrees. *she KNEW she messed up because she knew what it was about before even being told*. The manager and her have a private conversation and I’m pulled to the side by the tech that’s always rude to me who NOW is being so nice and we discuss my sons prescription and she goes to fill it. I finally get my sons medicine and then the pharmacist has to talk to me. All the sudden her attitude is gone and she’s being so nice to me. I kept it cordial and moved on. I’m not the type to leave nasty reviews, because I know how one bad review can ruin a business reputation and I’m not here to do that however in a professional setting such as a pharmacy I feel that I deserve respect and not only do I deserve it but at some degree I DEMAND it. This is the straw that broke the camels back for me. I’ve always liked this pharmacy despite the rude behavior because I’ve never had any issues with wrong dosage/ shortage of medications like I have in other pharmacies in the past. but I will NOT tolerate being treated that way by ANYONE. I will take my business elsewhere. I seriously hope this pharmacist can better work on customer service. This experience was totally out of line.
