We had to use the Emergency Room (around 5AM Sunday morning), and I must say our experience was 100% positive. The waiting time was only a few minutes, and all the specialists we have interacted with were friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable.
It took me two minutes to put a notice online that it was closed for the 21st and 22nd. It took me 35 mins to drive into town. Nice sign on the door, maybe give a little more care to people that have to call in to work on a Saturday without any knowledge until they get there that it is closed.
I was here yesterday, at 10.00am, just after they opened, after having tripped and broken a finger. Everyone I came into contact with was friendly, compassionate, caring and more than competent. I was treated with respect and advised on what procedures they were doing as we went along. Hopefully, I wont need their services again, but I would not hesitate to go should I need too.
Drove 10 miles today (Sunday) only to find they were closed! What in the heck?! According to the website, they were open 10 to 6; nope. How can the people of this county get urgent care when it's not open when it lists? I refuse to go to the ER for a sinus infection. I went elsewhere and got seen on the spot. Will not be back!
Tried to go to Urgent Care last week, but the staff didn't show up so I had to go to ER. Took my son to urgent care today, and they took an hour and a half just to see him. Will go to ER before I visit this urgent care again.
