The personal that works there are very nice only has issues with one person and that was the safety and person who did the test drive. He was very rude and jerk not sure if I will take the job or not due to him. Friday I did the safety part but I told them I will not give an answer till Tuesday and give myself the weekend to think. The company seems to be a good company and would be a good company to work for.

Redbone Trucking Inc. is a FANTASTIC place to work for. I started with this company April 4, 2014. I've had such a GREAT EXPERIENCE working with these people. They hire top notch, friendly drivers, but it doesn't stop there. The office is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable & understanding people. They are a Home Town, family oriented business that has SUPERB resources to handle ANYTHING across the nation. There are several office departments that outshine most bigger, (mega) Trucking companies. I know from experience, working with a few different companies. They are a High Expectations company & expect nothing less from anybody they hire to be able to return High Expectations from their performances from the Owner all the way down to the janitor. They have their own Diesel repair shop that's even open to the public and you can talk to any personnel in the drivers, shop, dispatch team, EFS, safety & emergencies during any 24hr period & expect an excellent job performed as needed. I started as a company driver - 3 mos, lease operator - 2yrs & now own my 2nd truck - going on 4yrs. I don't see myself leaving, if ever. Al, the owner, cares for your own success and will help you achieve it continuously. Hope to see you soon!
