Third time I've been to this establishment... not at all impressed with the level of customer appreciation here. The gal behind the counter has less personality than the door handle. Almost as if you're a nuisance. It's a small town, lighten up. If I didn't need stihl parts I wouldn't be back.

The first quote I had from this company to fix a power washer was over $360. All I wanted to have fixed was the starter assembly. The quote was then reduced to $162.66. I was told the total included the $50 for diagnosis, but found out it wasn't when I picked up the power washer. They also charged me $18.95 shipping charge....not sure what that was for. The starter assembly was only $11.98. The power washer works great, but trying to upsell me on services I did not request was very disappointing.
