Worst place ever. They seem trustworthy at first but completely mess your car up and tell you that you need parts you really dont need. And after they destroy your car they try and talk you into buying a car from them. Worst place ever to take your car to get repairs especially if your a woman. Only use if you need an inspection but not repairs.. they will cost you lots of unnecessary money.

Wade Nairn is the rudest old man I’ve ever met in my whole existence! I reserved a Uhaul a few days ago from this nightmare of a corporation. Wade could care less about Uhaul customers because he told me “he doesn’t get paid for doing the job.” I could definitely see this in his attitude. He was rude the moment I walked through the door. He didn’t answer my questions about pricing or the contacts that he basically just threw at me. I felt like he just wanted me to be a quiet, obedient woman the whole time. No joke! I asked him why he would not put my car on the tow dolly I rented. I was confused because the previous Uhaul that I rented from a different location was able to do so. Wade snapped at me. At first I was concerned because his face just got redder and redder. I thought he was going to have a heart attack if I just asked a question. I called Uhaul directly (Century motors is an independent dealer for them.) I asked them the questions instead since it seemed he couldn’t answer them. Then I told them I wanted to complain about him. At this point he started cursing, picked up his phone and made a call. Next, a guy comes in from the back. We started talking about the tow dolly. I asked him if I drive my car into the dolly, would he secure the straps? He answered, yes. Then Wade came back to the front. He hands me his phone and tells me his manager wanted to talk to me (so weird.) His manager tells me why they cannot put my car on the tow dolly. I get interrupted with Wade in the background saying, “wait, I don’t have to rent this to you at all!” Then he tells me give him the phone, asks his manager if he can refuse the rental, hangs up the phone and tells me that he will not rent me the equipment. Stunned, I ask him another question and he tells me that I’m a mental patient and I probably always was lol. Then he tells me to leave the property or he will call the police. I’m still waiting for a call back from Godfry, the manager so that I could speak to him about how disgusting and unprofessional the incident was. Godfry is the same manager who okayed the Uhaul cancellation for Wade. If you want to add stress to your move, Century 1 motors are your guys. I’m blown that these jokers are still in business!
