Bought a new Key West boat here. I can't say enough good things about Louis and the entire staff. Don't waste your time at Ed's, come straight here!
The gas pumps were down, they fixed them in good speed and we moved on.
Let’s start with. I bought the boat with a dual axle trailer but when I went to pick up the boat they only had a single axle and Louis states they are the same price. Lies!! I bought the boat anyways since it don’t tow that much and had trouble finding the color and options I wanted. Garrett’s had my 203dfs for 110 days to correct some minor defects noticed at delivery. While there the boat was damaged and the attempted to return to me without fixing the damage that occurred while they were in possession of the boat. They then had the never to charge me for cleaning the boat after they left it uncovered for the entire winter. This is all after I had bought a winter cover from Louis. He quoted me a price for a winter cover however the invoice I received was considerably more. They invoiced me for basic motor service when they had the Boat for 70 more days until returned. Just steer clear of the fake good ol boy sales pitch.
I have dealt with Garretts Marina in many different ways for the last 35 years plus. Excellent service and sales throughout. I highly recommend Louis, Sonya and their staff for all your boating needs. I sure have!
I had been shopping for a center console Boat for about a year. Went to a number of Marina's and ended up buying my boat from Louis at Garretts Marina. They had the best price and their staff is awesome to work with. I got a better equiped boat than any of the others I looked at and a great buying experience. You need to stop in and see Louis and his team at Garrets if you are in the market for a new boat, their selection is awesome and their people are great..
