I have enjoyed and benefited from massage therapy in many cities and two countries, my sister is a massage therapist as is a former colleague. So, I know a little bit.nnTiffany is fantastic. When I arrived for my first appointment and for several thereafter I was stressed out and just wanted to decompress. While she worked on my body, I practiced mindfulness meditation and said little if anything aside from some groans and sighs. She may have wondered about me. Whatever, I kept coming back and later asked her to turn up the volume as I had some muscle soreness and tightness I wanted worked out. We talked while she worked, and each time she has significantly improved my mobility and comfort, lasting well beyond the day of the massage.nnTiffany has a delightful personality and each session I have had with her has been a blessing. I believe her rate is still a buck a minute ($30/half-hour, $60/hour, duh) and offers a monthly subscription thing for somewhat less.nnMake an appointment as soon as you can. There is no better way to spend an hour in the Northern Neck.

Besides receiving a awesome massage with Tiffany I recieve the correct medical diagnosis on my muscular situation. She is VERY good at what she does.
