I have used Bret on a bunch of jobs over the past 3 years and he always goes the extra mile to make his clients happy. I highly recommend them.
We have a Coleman furnace that simply doesn't come on and produce heat every so often. Brett and crew have been out to repair it numerous times and we still have to manually start it. The last time they were out we paid them $338 in April of this year and we have had to manually shut it off( three times last nite and this morning ) a dozen or more times since they were out last, change the thermostat setting and start it over...same problem that they have been chasing for a decade! I am going to request that they send us back the $338 ( guess that I don't know what we paid for, it still does the very same thing) and get another company to fix it....document all of your interactions with them.
Called at 8 am on a Monday, was seen and had the problem fixed all by 10 am same day. I believe the name to be Brett was extremely professional, helpful and kind. We will continue to use Kinzer for any services we need.
Great, friendly service, Brett makes stops on his way home on a friday night to fix my AC quick and professional was in and out in just a few minutes.nMuch appreciated!
