I've never had to call a plumber before but last night my son broke a toilet pipe and water was going everywhere at around 1030pm so I had to call 3 or 4 places for the 24 hour plumbing and one person got back to me but said they didn't service in our area the only one that answered was Mike Innman and he was very professional and got to us very quick and wasn't all about making a dollar. And he knew his stuff. I Am very impressed with the service he gave us and I would highly recommend him to everyone and if I ever have a problem like that again I know I will definitely be calling him and he didn't charge me a arm and a leg and being a single parent and with the pandemic that's a great person to have with your business and I am highly satisfied.

I have used a few local businesses in the Colonial Beach area but none have been more professional and better equipped to complete my water heater replacement. Not only did Mike show up earlier than scheduled but he showed up in the snow and freezing temperatures to crawl under my house and replace my water heater. He did this without complaint and answered all of my questions without hesitation. I HIGHLY recommend Mike and Freedom Plumbing and will definitely be using him again.

We recently bought a home in the area and at first I was overwhelmed by the idea of choosing a plumber. With many to choose from and knowing no one, I made a few calls. Michael from Freedom Plumbing was far more responsive and communicative than any other plumber I reached out to. He was exceptionally prompt to every appointment we had (something that is not all that common in my experience) and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. Every time he told me he was going to do something, he had it done quickly and as expected. So often when dealing with contractors, I feel like I have to call multiple times and reach out to get a response, and that was definitely not the case here!nMichael came in to install a new water heater in our home and despite the old water heater being in absolutely terrible condition and proving to be a rather tricky and involved job, he handled it so well. Because we were brand new to our home, my husband uncovered another unrelated water issue (emergency) soon after Michael left, and when my husband called Michael, he unhesitatingly rushed back to help my husband with what could have been a disaster had it not been addressed so quickly and expertly. I also found his pricing to be very fair and better than many of the other plumbers that I had called initially.nThe bottom line is this is an honest guy who takes his job seriously and shows pride in his work. I am so grateful we found him early in our time here in Colonial Beach because I will never need to search for another plumber. I cannot speak highly enough about Freedom Plumbing or recommend Michael’s services enough.

The service was top of the line. This gentleman came over late at night to install a new hot water heater to insure we would not go a day without hot water.nVery professional and highly recommended

Paid for service and minutes upon completion, (which took 3 weeks) it still wasnt fixed. Gave them 2 months to come back and fix the issue and now I'm having to call another company. Not even professional enough to pick up the phone on scheduled repair day. He just doesn't show or has some bs excuse. I've been patient but now yall gotta know. Very unprofessional way to run a business
