The therapists at Pivot work very hard to get you back to 100%. They are friendly , knowledgeable and work as a team. In addition i have great I respect for their kindness, caring, and sincerity to the elderly patients that they treat. They have a gift to help our most fragile.

The therapists and team at Westhampton Pivot location are the absolute BEST!! Super friendly and explain all the treatments. They make me look forward to going to physical therapy!!

I chose Pivot Physical Therapy on Patterson Ave following major shoulder surgery in April because I wanted a small place that would pay attention. Lucky me, for I was in the most caring and capable hands with Sonya Bautista and her staff. Sonya explained the surgery recovery process and how I would progress to regain full range of motion. Then she and her staff worked with me twice a week with a range of strength building exercises. Most people dread post surgery physical therapy, but Sonya and her staff made each visit a pleasant challenge. She pushed me, but always with an encouraging smile and conversation. If she were not available, whomever she assigned to work with me knew exactly what needed to be done. I was never left alone or looking around for someone to direct me, as is frequently the case in big PT centers.nnI cannot say enough positive things about Pivot PT under Sonya’s direction. She and her staff are professional and caring, and have a wonderful sense of humor which is essential for the healing process. I have recommended Pivot to several friends and will continue to do so. It is a fine place with excellent staff.
