I had the absolute best experience! Dr. Jamie was awesome. She listened and helped me get back to feeling better. She was so kind and easy to talk to which made our sessions enjoyable. She also understood my scheduled and provided me with exercises to try at home. The office was very clean and professional. I highly recommend this office, and recommend Dr. Jamie even more!

I can only highly recommend Virginia Center for Spine and Sports Therapy. Dr. Ashley R. Kelley helped my knee to pain free movement again. With her professional skills and a lovely heart it made so much fun to go and get my knee as new:) Now I have my husband go as well. For his back pain. Since he saw me walking again, with no pain anymore. I can not thank enough! And a big thanks to all the team who just made me feel so welcomed and so friendly!

My first choice for Physical Therapy! As soon as you walk in, the amazing front office staff greet you like family. They always made my day! Dr. Kelley was super nice and always fun to talk to, making therapy fun! The building is full of extremely nice people and everyone is there for you. I personally had a very good experience there and would recommend VCSST for everyone.

I was very impressed with the experience I had at Virginia Center for Spine and Sports Therapy. Each and every member of the staff there that I encountered was the epitome of professionalism and courtesy, from the front desk to the assistant PT technicians. My provider of care was Dr. Jamie and I felt so fortunate to be the recipient of her skills. Her knowledge of her profession with her smooth delivery always made me feel at ease. She always has a smile to offer and her positive personality made even the most difficult exercises seem comfortable. She truly facilitated getting the life back that I had lost after my back injury, and I will always remember her for that. I would recommend VCSST to any of my friends or family to regain facets of their lives lost to injury or disease. I am confident that the entire PT staff shares the dedication and compassion of Dr. Jamie, and kudos to the administrators of VCSST for having the foresight to hire this unbelievable staff.

I've never really been put into a situation where I needed to go through physical therapy. Going into it I was a little nervous about how it would go. With the help of probably the greatest staff I have ever worked with, I was able to go through a quick recovery and able to function better than before I got hurt. Ashley and Zazz made this experience an enjoyable one to go through and even though I'm glad I was able to make it through my recovery, I will still miss going there to be able to work with them. They were always so full of positive energy and really took care of their patients and I know for any future issues that I ever come across, I would definitely want to return to VCSST.
