Easy to miss the entrance as the sign for it is parallel to the road instead of sticking out so you can see it and being in a conspicuous color.nnMy biggest complaint: It's FILTHY! trash, spilled drinks, discarded food...just dirty and disgusting.nnSecond complaint: only one car can leave at a time. Yep...only one booth for the entire 8+ levels.

Not one but two extremely rude parking employees. Unfriendly, confrontational and utterly unprofessional. The two others who parked and retrieved my vehicle were very nice. Even though I got my ticket validated, I still had to pay $5. I will never use MCV valet parking again.
The parking garage is well lit and once I mastered the layout, easy to navigate. Pay attention to what floor you're on! Parking for patients and visitors is free. Get your parking validated on the main floor.
I wish I could give it a 0 but I can’t. Small spaces everybody is double parking making it impossible to find a park. The foreign lady at the booth is rude an very disrespectful towards me because I couldn’t find a park she’ll say “oh let me guess no park huh??goodbye ma’am”and starts laughing. She knows me because a loved one was in CC and my emotions was running very high at the time but she didn’t seem to care. Me and her have had an exchange of words multiple times when I was visiting a loved one every day and the deck was full so I had to go to the other side to see if there was any available parks my truck could actually fit in. If you don’t have a mini car then most likely you’ll be out of luck I’ve got lucky a few times and still encountered smart remarks from her sarcastically like ”omg you found a park today with a smirk”. I will be calling to speak with someone about her tomorrow today was the final straw I’m tired of her.
