Miss Marie Is very polite and helpful. she’s courteous and works well with problem resolution. She should be considered for a leadership role as she is the most polite and professional of their staff
The positives are it is temperature controlled and you do have access to it even when the building is closed. There is some surveillance. The negatives are your rent will go up every six months after that first year. Not great for people in the military who are gone for significant amounts of time. The staff has had billing errors, I have had issues with billing that resulted in speaking to the district manager to fix. This is the best place if you’re getting in and out in a year.
Friendly and nice staff, but we went with the one off Mercury for the size and cost that better fit our budget. These people were a great location and professional though.
I love this storage place. This is my second time. The managers here are wonderful and knowledgeable. I will let others know.
Place seems nice storage unit was clean reasonably priced for the area and conveniently located with pull through parking lot made it easy to drive a u-haul truck through for unloading. However the front desk staff had me to fill out this survey before I checked out felt forced to do the survey.
