They lock their own keys inside their own trucks and then blame you for it and hire a pop a lock with your card even after you pay for the insurance.
Stopped by to get Propane Tank filled at 4pm on 8-3-2020 the day before the Tropical Storm moves thru. I was told we are not filling propane tanks until 6 because of lighting. Called back at 6pm and was told not filling propane because of the storm. What storm. Any excuse not to fill propane tank. I would not recommend this facility.
They’ve always been wonderful in person... however they seem to not know how to answer the phone..
I recommend you avoid this establishment. Jayleen canceled my hitch reservation with less than 24 hr notice. She was not kind and didn’t care about the impact on the customer. She made it clear that she is the manager and does not care about anyone else’s schedule but her own. Avoid this place.
Came for a refill propane tank and the girl didn’t want to fill it. Should have read the reviews of how lazy these folks are. Skip this U haul bad customer service overall
