Ms. Tammy is truly amazing!! I needed a last minute move in from college and she made everything so easy and smooth! Not only was she professional, patient and customer service driven. She was also very thorough as well! This day could have gone so bad but with her help it made my day a lot better!! Awesome customer service from the on-site rep manager!! The 888-STORAGE rep sucks!! She didn’t inform me of the added fees!! But the on-site manager was up front with me, so I respected that and she was very friendly/people person. I’ll recommend anyone in Hampton, Virginia area of you need storage to talk to her. Keys Smith is her name!!
EXTRA SPACE storage facility is THE best place to store your extra stuff. The staff at my location in Hampton, VA was always very nice and friendly. Never an issue with customer service or security. You should really consider renting from EXTRA SPACE.
