I came here for pregnancy yoga classes a few years ago and I was the only one who showed up to the class. The instructor spent amazing, quality 1 on 1 time with me that made me feel super connected to my (at the time unborn) child. It was a highly spiritual and incredible experience in an area like Newport News that I’ll forever appreciate.
I had right hip replacement last year and relocated to the area. I enrolled in the first class free chair yoga class. The class and both instructors have been wonderful and I can enjoy the class without worrying about injuring my hip. It feels great to be active and know that they care about my well-being.
I have taken several classes at Zenya and love the atmosphere, instructors and quality classes there. It’s a great place if you want to learn, expand and enrich your yoga or exercise routine.
Everyone at Zenya is so warm and welcoming! I am a new member and each class has been like joining a family! They are working so hard to keep everyone safe and healthy during these times, and I appreciate everyone so much!
Second time here and the massages are good but I wasn’t all impressed. Decided to give them a second chance, but came out disappointed again. My biggest pet peeve is paying for a full hour of a massage and not getting that full hour. I still left a tip and wasn’t rude but if a customer pays for a full hour, please give them that from the start of the massage.
